this patch isn't obselete, it needs to be adjusted to match upstream changes:

- Remove obsolete patch ( no-gui-tester) - Add Qt 6.10 compatibility patch (FILENAME_VARIABLE -> OUTPUT_SCRIPT) - Skip DeployLinux.cmake via post_patch (uses system Qt) - Update system-icu patch to newer version (56-73)
