Document support for Typst book projects.

Of note:

  • Orange-book is listed as a custom format (which it is, although bundled)
  • Light documentation for book extension writers, linking to quarto-ext/orange-book as primary reference
  • We're moving from ctheorems to theorion, which has various themes, so there's a new theorem-appearance. The default (simple) looks similar to ctheorems. 1

  1. I will admit, my motivation for enabling theming is partially so that the fancy theme could pick up brand colors.

- Add Typst Output section to book-output.qmd covering orange-book format
- Update parts/appendices note to include Typst support (book-structure.qmd)
- Add Theorems section to typst.qmd documenting theorem-appearance option
- Add Book Format Extensions section to typst-custom.qmd with extension API
- Add orange-book to custom formats table
