This one's a bit too broad as is - we'll need a more nuanced strategy to tackle this one properly.
Most of the easy replacements have been done, but there's still some links to dead Pebble pages floating around. They're mostly for things we don't have replacements for though, like the community forum. If you've got ideas to tackle those, feel free to implement them in this PR!

I don't really know if this is a useful PR or not, since it's a rather trivial change. But it fixes stuff like the "Publish App" button, among others.
