This PR sets up the initial structure for the dashboard pages. It adds the Home and Team Statistics pages, wires up routing between them, and keeps the layout intentionally lightweight so we can expand it as more metrics and components are added later. The goal here is to move from design to functional pages without locking us into anything too specific yet.
