Es braucht aber keinen eigenen PR hierfür, wenn der gleiche Code bereits im anderen PR hinzugefügt ist, das ist nur "doppelt gemobbelt", sollte der andere PR gemergt werden, ist der Code vorhanden. |

ich habe hier aus meinem Draft-PR #2811 die Modbus UDP funktionen extrahiert und in einen separaten PR verpackt.
Es werden die Funktionen der bestehenden Module nicht beeinträchtigt, nur die Methode "ModbusUdpClient_" (auf Basis der "ModbusTcpClient_" Methode) wurde hinzugefügt.
