Pull request overview
This PR updates the Microsoft ASP.NET Core Components dependencies in the OAT.Blazor.Components project to their latest patch versions and performs minor whitespace cleanup.
Changes:
- Updated Microsoft.AspNetCore.Components and Microsoft.AspNetCore.Components.Web packages from versions 8.0.21→8.0.23, 9.0.10→9.0.12, and 10.0.0→10.0.2 for their respective target frameworks
- Removed trailing whitespace and empty lines at the end of the project file
