Updated Manipulation Panel border;
Added bottom statistics strip; Added bin day progress line;
Added background to fill guage text to make more legible;
Changed colour of fill guage description text back to black;
Removed background from fill guage text;
Added bin day label text variation when current day is bin day;
Deleted story generated at wrong path; Generated new story at correct path; Added basic component and template structure;

The quickest way to get started with the Binnovation build is to create the front end in Solomon first and then break everything out into the addon.
