Fixes for the reference_integration setup

The PR includes the following fixes (most of which are required for the reference_integration):

• Bugfix: Ensure shared memory paths start with "/". Otherwise IPC communication is not working in QNX
• Use @platforms/qnx , otherwise the build was failing when using lifecycle in reference_integration/qnx_qemu
• Make the flatbuffer schema files public. This is required to compile json configs within reference_integration/qnx_qemu
• Cleanup the config generation script for the examples: Removes Deadline&Logical supervision from the script
