docs: fix remaining broken internal links in tutorials #124

Links to examples need ../../ (two levels up) not ../ (one level up) because the URL structure is /tutorials/basics/01-first-pipeline/ and examples are at /tutorials/examples/
Change 05-computation/ to ../05-computation/ for correct relative path between tutorials at the same directory level.
- Remove .ipynb and .md extensions from links - Fix relative path depth for proper navigation - Add trailing slashes for directory paths
