For phpIPAM version 1.7.0 and above we need to set `api_stringify_results` to `true` to get stringified results from API.

As the results from phpIPAM API were changed, integers will result not in strings anymore. We need to work around this by setting a config variable to stringify API results.
As long as we do not be able to implement a permanent fix, by setting the backend version in an environment variable or in configuration we describe how to set stringifying via phpIPAM configuration.
