This pull request adds a manipulation tutorial including:

  • a guide for using the move_arm action
  • a description of why we use dynamic motion primitives as well as how to learn and use them
  • use cases for moving the arm (pickup, place)

All examples in the tutorial are given for the Toyota HSR.
