docs: add C2PA provenance integration guide

Motivation

• Provide a canonical, practical guide for integrating C2PA provenance into apps that publish media to Arweave and serve via ar.io.

Description

• Add a new guide at content/build/guides/c2pa-provenance-integration.mdx that covers architecture, schema design, signing, embedding vs sidecar manifests, uploading with Turbo, tagging for discovery, verification at read time, CI/CD patterns, and best practices.
• Include example snippets for signing workflows (CLI pattern), uploading signed assets with the @ardrive/turbo-sdk (with recommended provenance tags), and pseudocode for verification at runtime.
• Add the new guide to the Guides navigation by updating content/build/guides/meta.json and add a link card on the Guides landing page in content/build/guides/index.mdx.

Testing

• Ran yarn lint against src/ and content/ which completed successfully with two pre-existing warnings unrelated to the new files. (Succeeded)
• Launched the local docs site with yarn dev and verified the new guide page rendered; captured a screenshot of the page for manual verification. (Succeeded)
• Generated a screenshot of the new guide via a Playwright script to validate the page served correctly. (Succeeded)
