Add support for 'ky' as an HTTP client option

Introduce support for the 'ky' HTTP client in the API client generation process. Update relevant interfaces and configurations to accommodate this new option, ensuring compatibility with existing functionality. Additionally, update dependencies to the latest version of 'ky'.
