Update hltb-for-deck to 2.0.7

Yet another breaking changes in the HLTB API have happened and this version contains fix for them.

• Changed "hours" in RU & UA translations (fix: changed "hours" in RU & UA translations morwy/hltb-for-deck#36) by @chefranov
• Synced code with breaking changes in the HLTB API (fix: synced code with breaking changes in the HLTB API morwy/hltb-for-deck#41) by @lonsdaleite

On some hero images, some menu items do not have enough contraste. Maybe adding some opacity could help (see example below)?

Summary

HLTB was not working for me. This update seems to fix it. I can see the HTLB bar again.
