Docs: fix Boomerang/Orchestrator delegation details

Updates Boomerang/Orchestrator docs to match current implementation:

• Remove outdated finishSubTask() reference (delegation now returns via attempt_completion → reopen parent from delegation).
• Adjust wording from “paused” to “delegated/reopened” to reflect how the UI/history behaves.
• Clarify that new_task/switch_mode ask for approval by default but may be auto-approved when the relevant Auto-Approve toggles are enabled.

In docs/advanced-usage/available-tools/new-task.md the "What It Does" section still says the parent task is "paused", but elsewhere in this PR you’ve switched terminology to "delegated". Updating that paragraph would keep the page consistent and avoid user confusion.
