This PR separates out the tests into multiple files and switches the infrastructure to use
ParallelTestRunner.jl.Additionally, I reduced some of the files needed in the setup by switching to TensorKitSectors.jl, and reduced the pressure on CI by only running the tests on ubuntu and julia v1 if the pull request is still in the draft status.
The goal is to use this as a starting point to actually go through some of the tests and more thoroughly rewrite them, but I want to avoid having that in a single large PR to make it easier to review.
In particular, here I did not change any of the tests themselves.
