Change the DDR-Simple-API version used from the W3C Working Draft at http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-DDR-Simple-API-20080404/ to the W3C Recommendation at http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/REC-DDR-Simple-API-20081205/ Jar file naming also changed to follow naming at distribution links from http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-DDR-Simple-API-20080404/DDR-Simple-API.jar to http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/REC-DDR-Simple-API-20081205/DDRSimpleAPI.jar

This is a breaking change for existing clients but it is a very minor change and removes confusion for newcomers arriving here via the w3c spec.
