#3913 overdue task endpoint

Changes

Updated the get tasks overdue by team member endpoint so it also gets the project name, instead of having to call a separate endpoint for that information. I changed around some types for that. And then updated the task cards so they don't have their own loading state since they're no longer calling a separate endpoint. Also grammer

Notes

I couldn't really recreate a situation where the tasks take a long time to load so I can't see exactly what that would look like, but they shouldn't have separate loading symbols now
