Figure 1 was not showing on Github. I changed the path in `README.md` to display it.
The .jp2 file format is not widely supported, especially on Linux platforms. I added a .jpg version of Figure 1 which can be opened by most image viewers and web browsers.

Figure 1 was not visible on Firefox, Chromium, nor Chrome (at least on Ubuntu 18.04). I added a .jpg version of the figure and changed the path in the
README.mdfile to make it visible.
