Upgrade cardonnay dependency from 0.2.14 to 0.2.15 in pyproject.toml and poetry.lock. Update poetry pre-commit hook to 2.3.1. This brings in the latest fixes and improvements from cardonnay and ensures compatibility with the updated poetry version.
The lock file created by different versions of Poetry are not compatible. This commit regenerates the lock file using Poetry 2.2.1 to ensure compatibility with the poetry version used in nix. Eventually we'll replace poetry by uv.
