Summary
Removed a hard-coded, non-translated/unused year string from the Japanese (JA) version of the site to allow for automatic year updates.
Context
The JA portion of the website was using a static string for the year, which required manual intervention to update annually. This created a discrepancy with the English site, which already handles the date dynamically.
