Looks good.
We could probably add more to the cli also:
- init fastly compute / cf worker
- initialize config and secret stores for request signing.

more accurately "which prebid adaptors" but this is typically up to the pub or the operator of the site's rev ops anyway. ie, its not the pub's responsibility to disclose all the sources for auctions to all partners
