Для туалетов, работающих только в летнее время, в gml-данных указано "в летний период (с мая по октябрь)", я указал как May-Sep (октябрь не включен), но в правильности еще не уверен. Среди имеющихся в OSM туалетов не нашел (через overpass) ни одного, у которого бы были указаны месяцы работы. Если прояснится, можно будет сменить позже. |

Список публикуется через кастомную карту на Яндекс-картах со страницы http://www.vodokanal.spb.ru/kanalizovanie/tualety/ (там ссылка). Данные получаются через API яндекс-карт, простой GET, получающий данные в gml.
Проверял только с помощью
osm_test_validator, не проверял интеграцию в web UI и т.д. Данные, возвращенныеosm_test_validator toilets_vodokanal_spb RU-SPE --all:https://gist.github.com/kolen/d87d3748e5ce0ed7ae76
Не уверен, нужно ли добавлять только в регион "Санкт-Петербург", или еще в Ленинградскую область.
