Purpose
When moderating a registry, registry moderators should be able to both accept and reject a withdrawal request.
Registry moderator is unable to reject a withdrawal request, the “submit decision” button is greyed out when selecting the “Reject withdrawal” option, however it is available when selecting “Accept withdrawal” option.
