  • Auto-detect Cosmos group proposals (MsgSubmitProposal) by decoding ExecuteContractMessage.msg via protobuf in ContractCallBuilder
  • Add CosmosUtils.isGroupProposal() and CosmosUtils.decodeMsg() for message type detection
