Details

  • Tested in the local machine (largest 16G RAM) and it is passed without any issue
  • Provide New Package
  • Fix the Packages
    • PKGBUILD
    • lilac.yaml
    • lilac.py
  • Would like to continue to work with us

Additional Note

  • as of version 0.40 upstream has switched to maven for building trimmomatic. this pull request updates the PKGBUILD to use for building the package.
  • shell wrapper has been modified so that it can be used with POSIX complaint shells and not just bash
