The Azure Linux 3.0 dcgm-exporter entry in this same component block remains on 4.7.1-1.azl3 while Ubuntu is being bumped to 4.8.0. If this isn’t intentional, please update the Azure Linux variant as well to avoid cross-OS version skew for the managed GPU experience packages.

This change updates a file under parts/. In this repo, components.json changes commonly require regenerating and committing generated artifacts (e.g., go snapshot testdata under pkg/agent/testdata and the manifest) via make generate so CI doesn’t fail on stale snapshots.
