Seems a site update has changed from using double to single quotes which breaks the url scraper. Updated regex to catch both single and double quotes.
Due to site changes, the regexps for category URLs didn't match anymore. With the updated regexps listing videos by date, genre or show works again.

This pull request adapts the url scraping logic to changes on the Arte website.
It is based on version 2.1.1 of the plug-in and the changes made by Scott Bahling (cf. pull request #3).
