Housing error catching by scanning chat for certain messages #7

What would you like to be added?
Catch errors provided by housing in chat, errors which we would not be able to catch without context that Housing has. Not sure how we would do it without adding unnecessary delay sometimes while we wait for a message though.
How will it help?
Would be good to make the system more robust.
