EVSE-ID in eMI3 / ISO 15118 format

Wanted to open a discussion about how to best implement this, we need it as requested by customers to be displayed on the screen and want to contribute the functionality back.

The MicroOcpp 2.0.1 stack defines the evseIds as integers, very similar to connectorId, but in practice, this is the format used:

DE*KDL*E000012345

As specified in the eMI3 / ISO 15118 format.

What is the best way to do this? have it just as configuration variables? How to connect it to ocppIdentity (chargepoint-id) and connectIds?
