Awesome resource list.
For my clients in the Austrian market, I'm currently actively developing the site barrieretest.at - the goal is to provide very quick automated testing and some resources specifically tailored towards the Austrian regulations (BaFG).
It is an automated tool that uses pa11y and AI to provide a "score" for a given URL within seconds. No sign-up, and no payment required.
API access for developers is implemented, but I'm currently only handing out keys manually.
