Events: bugs and code cleaning

Bug:

• eventsCarousel - zooming effect of the 1st element after next button was pushed

Code cleaning:

• bring all the dates of events (and its corresponding functions) to 1 standart
• correct type ApiEvent in useEvents hook to match db model
