evm: ABI encoding helpers, logs/events indexing, and improved receipts #209
Description
Goal
Make EVM workflows developer-friendly beyond the current minimal deploy/call scaffolding.
Scope
- ABI encoding/decoding helpers (CLI or library)
- Expose logs/events in receipts/indexer
- Improve contract call UX (function signatures, args)
Acceptance criteria
- A developer can deploy and call a contract using ABI inputs without manual calldata
- Receipts expose logs/events for explorer use
