Implement a RestrictedCampViewMixin subclass #2023

A lot of View classes only use a PermissionMixin for throwing a 403 and not the LoginRequiredMixin for redirecting Anonymous users to the login page.
Describe the solution you'd like
I was thinking of subclassing the "CampViewMixin" to a "RestrictedCampViewMixin" and migrate all the classes inheriting directly from LoginRequiredMixin and those who could benefit from it instead of only having PermissionsMixins.
