Description

When sending videos, sometimes the error "Part 0 of the file is missing from storage" pops up.causing the sending to be interrupted.

After testing, when downloading relatively large files, the account will frequently trigger PREMIUM_WAIT. It should be caused by ordinary accounts being restricted from downloading files by Telegram. Although the video shows that the download is completed (I don’t know why and there is no error, the feedback is that the video has been downloaded), but in fact the video is incomplete and has missing parts, causing the video to be downloaded. It is damaged and cannot be sent normally. After upgrading the account to a PREMIUM member, everything will be normal.
