Intergrate JH Labs Image Filters

Implement the image filters that are shown here: http://www.jhlabs.com/ip/filters/index.html

I ended up vendoring the filters because they were not using maven.
The new maven based repo is here: https://github.com/Glimmr-Lang/JHLabs

Now I have to expose the filters through the API to the user.
