Publish to TestPyPI/PyPI #17
Description
Build and upload the package to TestPyPI to validate the packaging configuration and installation. Verify that the package can be installed and used as expected. Once verified, publish the stable version of the library to PyPI. Ensure version numbers are properly managed and all PyPI requirements are satisfied.
