Enhance `virtualship run` log output

Considering the 'problems' module (#269) now outputs even more print statements as 'virtualship run` executes, the log is starting to look a little 'busy'. I think there's scope to neaten it up and make it easier to follow.

Using rich could help with this and we already use its sister project, Textual, for the plan UI.
