Move applied hash functions to after protcol lectures

The Schneier-Kelsey logs contain KDFs that are covered in the protocol lectures. We should have that afterwards.

And we don't necessarily need to keep it as dedicated to applied hash functions, but rather a variety of protocols and primitives.
