Open-Shell cant open any dialogue selection file

Describe the bug

WIth Open-Shell 4.4.196 (Start Menu) and 4.4.197 on W11 25H2, I can't open or chose a file like loading an XML configuration file, saving an XML configuration file or choosing a personalized icon file. When I click the button nothing special happens and no dialogue selection file appears.

Except that, Open-Shell is working right and stay configured as it was with a previous version of W11.

I was allowed to use my configuration file byusing the command line argument -xml to configured it witout dialogue selection file:

• cd "C:\Program Files\Open-Shell"
• .\StartMenu.exe -xml "configuration file.xml"

I think there is an incompatibility between Open-Shell and W11 25H2

1. Go to Open-Shell Start Menu Settings
2. Click Pick image... -> Nothing happens
3. Click Save to XML File... -> Nothing happens
4. Click Load from XML File... -> Nothing happens
