Switch from XRDP to gnome-remote-desktop #15
Description
In 26.04, Ubuntu is slated to no longer include an X server. That means that xrdp will no longer work out of the box, either. Instead, we should use gnome-remote-desktop. These instructions seem to work: https://bcarpent.codes/posts/How_to_use_Gnome_Remote_Desktop_for_Headless_login/
