[Feature request] Add support for FOSS codecs/containers #232

Feature description
I would like support for any free as in freedom video codec and free container format. I do not mind what specific codecs/containers they are.
Why do you want this feature?
Fossify camera currently records into the MP4 container format (I didn't research what codec). In the spirit of freedom, it would be really nice to see a first FOSS camera app be able to record into a FOSS codec/container (non exist yet!!!).
