The person can do a self assessment which provides the following:

1. Input data: Age, Health Condition, Historic data shared, Location Enabled
2. Risk score: 1-10 (See chapter Risk Scoring for this hackathon)
3. Recommendations: Stay Home, Self-Quarantine Recommended, Get-yourself-Tested, Stay Isolate
